Co-Founder & CEO

Adam Moqrane is the Co-Founder and CEO of Wezt Capital, an alternative investment firm focused on real assets across the United States. He leads the firm’s efforts in acquisitions, portfolio structuring, and institutional capital formation—serving pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and multi-family offices across the capital stack. At Wezt, he has underwritten vehicles targeting $850M–$1.1B in allocations, with a focus on residential strategies and capital-efficient deployment across market cycles. Adam has conducted diligence on over 100 GP-led strategies across the Midwest and Sunbelt, synthesizing asset-level economics with macro allocation dynamics. His work spans equity, mezzanine, and structured debt, alongside producing denominator diagnostics, investment memos, and capital pacing tools for LPs. He has built model portfolios across risk-return profiles and helped institutional partners align sponsor selection with thematic investment mandates.

Adam’s background blends real estate investment, data intelligence, and product strategy—supporting workstreams across federal portfolios, infrastructure planning, and asset underwriting. He brings a design-rooted perspective to capital markets, having worked across platform design, investor communications, and built environment strategy.

He earned a Master of Architecture from Harvard University, where he was named to Metropolis Magazine’s Future100 list recognizing the top 50 graduating designers in North America. He also holds a Bachelor of Science with commendations from University College London.
